Elastic waistband skirt with pockets!! Thanks freshlypicked!

 Found the CUTEST tutorial for an elastic waistband skirt at freshly picked, which I've been thinking of tackling on my own anyway sometime soon. Can't wait to try it out!  There's a matching skirt for a little one too!
